Belt Drive Actuators
Unimotion’s ball screw driven linear units have a built-in precision ball screw drive with reduced backlash and integrated zero-clearance guide rail system inside the profile. Compact dimensions provide high load capacities and rigidity of the linear unit. They can be easily combined into multi axis systems.
Screw Driven Actuators
Linear units with a toothed belt drive and an integrated zero clearance rail guiding systems. Compact dimensions provide high load capacities. These linear units can also be combined to various multi-axes linear systems and ensure an excellent price/performance ratio with short delivery time. All belt driven linear units use a toothed, steel reinforced belt. Pretensioned belt with zero-backlash drive pulley allows good positioning accuracy and repeatability at high alternating drive torques. The aluminum profile includes T-slots for fixing the linear unit and for attaching sensors and switches.
Multi-Axis Systems
Unimotion’s linear units in combination with electrical cylinders can be combined into various multi-axis linear systems. Ensuring an excellent price/performance ratio with strong technical support from our side with the required calculation. A flexible combination of various accessories provides a final multi-axis system solution available in 3D drawings.
Electric Cylinders
Unimotion’s electric cylinder with a built-in precision ball screw drives with reduced Backlash and a non-rotational piston rod. High-performance features such as high speeds, good positioning, accuracy, and high repeatability. The electric cylinders can be additionally equipped with switches and accessories that cover a wide range of applications.
Linear Motors
Unimotion’s Linear motors, with their award-winning look and design, provide High force density, low cogging, and very high speeds. With different motor and magnet plate sizes that enable multiple combinations and high performances, optional wake and shake features with our integrated Hall sensor.
